Health Safety & Environmental General Manager * Project management project estimating and consulting with extensive experience in hurricane damaged and collapsed platforms and associated structures. * Complex well abandonment's including wells associated with downed and damaged structures * Pipeline abandonment's, re-routes, post site clearance and trawls. * Platform inspection campaigns and regulatory compliance including development of inspection reports, and schedules. * Expert testimony and case evaluation in diving related and offshore accidents. * Insurance liability estimates * Project safety and post job or accident analysis * 27 years' experience in the commercial diving industry * Over 2400 hours Saturation experience in depths exceeding 750 Fsw * All aspects of oilfield diving * Inshore experience including penetration diving * ASNT Level 1 M.P.I., U.T. * Highly computer literate
