CAREER SUMMARY I started out doing data entry for 12-16 hours a day, for about 1 year. Then, I had the opportunity to be the data point person for 3 hospital agreement campaigns that we won 2 of. I was told by the manager that I was, 'carrying the campaign'. Working about 20 hours a day, I almost collapsed by the end of the campaign from exhaustion. From there I moved to East Coast Data Coordinator for our FFE campaign. Where I set up and maintained 7 cities for around a year. I moved from there, to doing the West Coast because it was struggling. I got them back on track with their data and they started working 15% more efficiently based on money spent per supporter/striker. Then, I moved to a more national role where I standardized practices and started working with the Lead Analytics Coordinator, learning to refine my skills. Together, we created an equation that could effectively predict the outcomes of our events and which people would be the best to speak to based on what we knew about the people who were already in our system. I also helped our organization begin to use OCR technology, which is very important in a world where people still must fill things out on paper. I helped to bring automation to forefront using python programming language.
