I have been an experienced Multi Discipline Supervisor with 25+ years of managing teams in an industrial food manufacturing environment. My maintenance experiences include setting up CMMS systems, setting up stockrooms, establishing part check in and check out requirements, consolidation of parts and pre- kitting of parts for specific maintenance work orders. Other experiences include food production, warehouse and food processing areas. I am very familiar with AIB, Food Safety, GMP's and Microsoft Office 365 programs. I have used Continuous Improvement Techniques to deliver expected goals. I know that a team can reach its full potential with the understanding of company goals, the importance their individual contribution and with appropriate accountability will reach the desired goal. I have utilized team huddles for shift information transfer and performance review. I that believe that a team together with the right kind of leadership can meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
