Summary I am a planner/scheduler with 7+ years experience working with plant professionals. I am proficient with contract work including maintenance and turnaround planning, budget estimates, and resource loading. I am a motivated self starter who is detail oriented. I am skilled at working with diverse personality types and maintaining professional relationships. The majority of my time scheduling has been in P6 Primavera. I started using P6 in 2011 for a maintenance contract we had in Exxon Mobil Baton Rouge. At the time I was working for the contractor Brand Energy Solutions. They are a primarily scaffold, coating and insulation group. I did mostly resource load scheduling for the Projects group and for the Turnaround group. I've scheduled anywhere from a small group of 8 people to upwards of 300 for turnarounds and site outages. I would host weekly meetings with the craft leads to update the schedule. At the end of the week, review the schedule for the following week. Communication was the key to keeping a productive and accurate schedule. I maintained a level of attainment that averaged in the 90+%. It is my goal to be a valued asset to anyone seeking my skills. I take pride in everything I do.
