Accomplishments - Developed a relational database purchasing system in Filemaker Pro allowing us to make templates for each product type and to search all fields on a purchase order increasing capacity. Changed to a pdf workflow and purchased an internal Color Proofing System saving $160,000 annually while reducing turnaround time and saving shipping costs. Tested and approved the purchase of a 6 color printing press bringing more print work in house. Sourced 4 hand puppets from China solving a supply chain issue for a major anti-bullying product because we couldn't find a vendor in the US that would deliver consistently.
