Training product was developed using Adobe Captivate 8, 9, and 10, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier. All e-learning training modules were designed to be deployed on an array of learning management systems and/or in a stand-alone environment. JFCOM Performed team leader responsibilities in leading task to convert JKO DHS and PEO courseware from legacy authoring program to Adobe Captivate 13 files. Developed curriculum as stand-alone and LMS modules from government and private sources. Curriculum included modules for refresher training, basic indoctrination of newly reporting personnel, continuous education and professional development courses, health and human services courses, and independent training for specific subject matter. Content was compliant with JKO instruction. Material contained processes and procedures/templates for performing tasks and assignments. Work was authored in Adobe Captivate 13. Project included the development of new graphics, troubleshooting SCORM issues and creating course packages for deployment from a series of individual courseware modules. Final product was hosted on Army Joint Knowledge Online LMS. MN A -School Updated course materials in accordance with NKO N72 guidelines. Course was provide in HTML and text, absent of the original authoring tool. Material was converted to SCORM code for delivery in school house classroom and via NKO LMS. Cooperation with NKO and naval personnel was required to retrieve updated content, incorporate the content and establish a method for viewing the legacy information on VDI in the school house. Dashboard Applications Worked in cooperation with GDIT lead programmer in developing a dashboard application to be distributed fleet wide for the testing of casualty procedures. Server Maintenance Maintain Windows 2008 R2 application installations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, database connections, application patches and updates to include updating of PHP and ASP, and correcting security related vulnerabilities found in corporate security assessments. Moodle LMS LMS Administration - Added categories, courses, and users, managed reports, content, and users, and modified basic code in Moodle PHP infrastructure to achieve customization. Finnish Air Force Researched and secured freeware Learning Management System for the Finnish Air Force installed LMS on server, troubleshot programmatic code, incorporated new features, loaded courseware, developed instructional tech manual in operation of LMS. This includes entering storyboard data into Lectora and publishing for posting on LMS system. Operation & Maintenance Manuals I developed operation and maintenance procedures for helicopters. I developed CBT in Adobe Flash documenting operations, repair, and maintenance of related systems. I developed and manipulated all graphic interfaces and navigational methodology. Veterans Benefits Administration Provided instruction to VBA employees on proper set-up and maintenance of VBA server to host Moodle application, provided instruction on steps in uploading courseware to servers, assisted in uploading 26 weeks of courses to Moodle server. Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Update current online training tutorial for Defense Acquisition University (DAU), create new graphics, content and navigation programming. Designed and maintained tracking database for use by management and personnel to track hours and costs associated the DAU contract. DON E-Business Program Developed Certification Test course IAW DOD/CCPMD to log users in, identify work activity and department, developed test questions and calculating pass/fail criteria, maintained host server and developed graphics, created database for PC Refresher Training, performed weekly system backups, performed updates to Certification Tests and designed other products as required by DOD to certify users prior to acquiring a government charge card. This program was available in a secure environment online as well as by CD/DVD. NAVFAC Engineering Facility I developed Construction Program Safety Courses to be accessed online via an internet browser. This included the development of graphics for 26 courses in the program as well as programming flash files to login users and track their progress. Developed SQL database in association with the program for administrators to view, export, add, delete and edit user records as well as monitor student progress. Tech Manual Documentation I prepared technical manuals for incorporation into Loadout Kit Directories. This included tech manual edits on multiple XXX legacy documentation. Verified manual is technically correct and reformatting documents as required. I converted manuals from various formats into PDF documents. Developed and designed a HTML menu page for users to load desired manuals from. Prepared CD graphic label and CD's for distribution.
