Experienced Document Control Professional in the delivery of Engineering and Construction documentation. Provides excellent customer service for JVP, Vendors and third-party contractors. Expert EPC contract services. Facilitates training and maintenance for all electronic repositories. Provides excellent document management services related to all engineering, Subsea, Topside and Vendor Data. Expedites completion of all phases, Feasibility, Conceptual, FEED, Commissioning, Start-up, Operations and Drilling and Completions project documentation, for the Deepwater, Gulf of Mexico etc. * Assist in Audit IM aspects of Project for internal and external compliance * Assist in implementing standard MCP IM Work Processes * Identify Vital Document and Data Requirements * Assist with IM coordination and manage turnover of information assets to Operations, GOM, and for archival * Support project team members to troubleshoot use of the document control processes * Assist in training new team members on the document management processes * Assist in identifying and compiling list of bugs and solutions * Gather user feedback and evaluate with IM Coordinator and CEPS Manager * Work with the MCPIM Consultant to implement improvements as directed by IM Coordinator * Ensure that there are sufficient resources to manage Document Control workload * Share learnings with GOM DCs and others as directed by IM Coordinator * Ensure accuracy of EPC PDS, MDR and reconcile with our EDMS * Processing inbound and outbound transmittals for TVEX * Assist in IM audit for internal and external compliance * Assist in implementing standard MCP IM Work Processes * Assist IM Coordinator in turnover of information assets to Operations, GOM, and for archival * Provide Level 1 Support and training for the electronic document management system - eB * Supplier and Vendor Data Coordination * Share learnings with GOM DCs and others as directed by IM Coordinator * Processing inbound and outbound transmittals * Ensuring accuracy of EPC PDS, MDR and reconciling per our electronic document management system - eB * Creating and expediting workflows * Mentoring less experienced DCs * Providing historical knowledge and expertise on Tahiti to enable location of historical information and ensure consistency in the processing of ongoing information * Testing of the electronic document management system - eB * Assist team with our electronic document management system - eB
