Structural steel fabricator. Stick and Tig welder, equipment operator, experienced rigger, iron worker, rock mason (field stone, river rock, and primarily Hokie Stone). Among many other skills be that class me as a hands on multi-crafted shut down specialist. Five yrs experience at contract manager consisting of Investagating contractors creditadedtials contractor contract coordination with lawers bid package coordination with PPR notification if awarded or not. Orginize mobilization plan and schedule with planners leaders or whomever conserned. Manage Safety and Project reports. Major shutdown emergeny to scheduled preventive maintance. Competent PPR for fire confined space scaffold pressure wash excavation (site-process) orientation etc.. inspection permitting and ensuring compliance on all contract issues. Knowledge of many work associated computer programs and ability to learn new programs quickly. SAP proficient. The ability to study print packages and envision project intent before started or in progress to identify primarily problems before issues become project deadline adjustments. The hands on and supervisor experience to confidentially make suggestions and or decisions when critical situations arise. The ability and experience to work with or communicate with labors in a ditch or upstairs with CEO's even with language barriers. PPR over proven employee continous improvement program. Recent work history Time is scheduled between several temporary services on the east coast and two regular mantaince contractors in Virginia Primary duties include acting foreman or lead-person managing available resources and manpower to complete scheduled shut-downs boiler replacements heating water-chilling water upgrades on new construction or remodeling and just a hands on daily worker.
