To secure a position as Chief or Lead Engineer with a progressive organization while utilizing my experience within stationary steam/HVAC engineering field. I set a goal to obtain my D.C. third class license through education and on the job experience. I worked through all phases of mechanics and became a Chief Engineer with Lincoln Property Company in 1990. During this time I was responsible for the startup of two class "A" buildings and the oversight of the Watergate office building's mechanical upgrade and renovation. While at Watergate office building, I was promoted to the oversight of all John Hancock related properties in Lincoln's portfolio. I was also assigned to the company's Quality Control Team and was appointed to the board for the implementation of the company's OSHA, EPA, and building manuals and logs. The Watergate office building, during my supervision, won the company's Most Improved Building award for 1995, Best Building of the Year award two years in a row for 1997 and 1998, and the AOBA Office Building of the Year award for Best Renovation, 1997 and1998. During my Supervision at the Farrley Building Services, at 101 Constitution Avenue, the building won the TOBY Award for 2006. I live in the Frederick, Maryland area and I would be interested in finding something closer to my home. Although I would not turn down any opportunities you have for me.
