Analysis and Problem Solving Developed new storeroom "slow moving inventory report", enhancing cost of inventory. Created and used cross checks resulting in purchase order price corrections < 1% plant-wide. Implemented a process change on government contracts, simplifying change order pages/format. Worked on government acquisition plans per FAR, for a modular causeway system. Commanded aviation flight detachment, with contract maintenance readiness > 90%.
