This Responsible for the management of a small outage to bring online a newly constructed hydrogen recovery unit . The scope of work included approximately 150 piping Tie ins, 3 pcs of static equipment and 6 pcs of rotating equipment to install in a 28-day window the outage was completed on time without incident. Additionally, I was tasked to assist the site manager with the implementation of the company work face planning process, company quality program, and the company turnover procedure. The contract / service agreement at this facility had been in place for over 50 years and up until this point had relied solely on the client for all inspection, documentation and quality assurance functions. Upon completion of this assignment I transferred to the Marshalltown Cogeneration Station EPC project to join the construction management team in the system completion, turn over, and start up effort of two 750 KV dual cycle natural gas steam generation turbines .Areas of responsibility include oversight of sub contractors performing pre-commissioning commissioning and start up activities, System completion verification, start up/ commissioning procedure review to ensure readiness QA verification and sign off once complete, and author additional procedures when required. project involves retrofitting and equipping a vacant 525,000-square-foot building with two new production lines and relocating three existing production lines from Colgate-Palmolive's facility in New Jersey. The project is estimated to require 18 months and 300,000 man hours to complete. The total installed cost is estimated to be $193,000,000. Responsibilities included coordination of multiple subcontractors in various locations of the project assure subcontractors adherence to contract guidelines review and approval/denial of all time sheets material rental equipment and man power request. I also assisted the sub-contractors in the creation of RFI's schedule creation man-power requirements and communication with engineering and procurement.
