Summary of Accomplishments I have attained an extensive experience (25+ years) in different positions such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Process/ Mechanical Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Utilities/Water Engineer, Pipeline/Terminal Engineer. I have completed around 150 capital and no capital projects (small and major/complex), Brownfield/Upgrade and Greenfield, ranging from $ 250K to $ 325M, on time, within budget and quality planned, with an important reduction of investments, less than 10 to 25% of original budget, through of performing optimal: layout, selection/ sizing & specs of Piping/ Process Equipment Skid Packages, building, utilities/services and effective design and use of: energy, and materials. Enhancing the profitability (reducing operating cost 5 to 20%) applying Continuous Process Improvement through better use of energy, conserve raw materials, increasing production capacity, improve products yields, reducing cycle of time of manufacturing, simplifying processes, increasing reliability of machinery/ process equipment -reducing the downtime achieving fewer products with defects, removing bottlenecks manage of change, increasing efficiency on the chain of production/unit of operation and so on. Proficient on performing all engineering phases (FEL/FEED phases) from inception, Procurement, Bidding, Construction and commissioning/ Start-up, Long-range Planning for Manufacturing facilities, Power Plants, Chemical/Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Processing/ Treatment production plants, Oil/Gas Interstates Pipeline Marine Oil terminals, Crude Oil Tank farm/Port, Fuel system, where the most of implemented projects included all infrastructure associated Utilities and Off-sites, such as underground public utilities, HVAC, mechanical ventilation, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing water systems: potable, storage, water distribution pipeline network, Industrial/Municipal wastewater, soft water, purified water, cooling water, steam condensate, ballast, firewater systems Loading/unloading systems, power generation-gas/air turbines, steam generation plant & distribution, N2 / fuel gas system, tankage/storage air systems (instrument and utility) tanks vapor recovery compressor unit chemical injection depressurization/flare system, and etc. * Three of those 150 projects stated included the design of 175 & 300 houses, school (K to 8), sports fields, clinic, dining, and all public services, this is called "residential camp for professional oil workers", which helped me to familiarize with the key concepts, reading, interpreting drawings and specification of civil, architectural, public utilities and environmental engineering. My project team (10-20 direct persons), we take care aspects such as permitting, environmental impact-wetland/watersheds restoration, evaluating & planning space for educational facility, grading (cuts & fills) underground services (sanitary piping system/storm drain/electricity, fiber optic) water systems.
