SUMMARY * Assisted an elderly Superintendent of a building (my former place of residence). Tasks included: ü Performed routine maintenance of the boiler & handled emergencies 24 hours (i.e. issues with the boiler) ü Completed all of the Porter's responsibilities when on leave ü Offered and performed building exterior maintenance services including snow removal and salt dispersion ü Managed recycling and compliance of waste disposal * Managed and worked on full renovations of residential units and private homes * Performed preventative maintenance of mechanical systems (i.e. sprinklers, HVAC, boilers, etc.) * Provided oversight and/or performed routine repairs on doors, locks, windows, toilets, wall plastering, patching, tiling, etc. * Extensive knowledge of boiler maintenance, and basic repairs of plumbing, electrical, and appliances * Keen attention to detail in managing of project execution in a timely manner * Exceptional ability to work independently and strong leadership skills to manage/coordinate with subcontractors/other trades * Supervised construction (small and large scale) projects with ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines * Excellent communication skills with an aptitude to work and negotiate with vendors JK Management (PT) - Building Superintendent 2016 - 2018 Managed and supervised three multi family residential building including porter responsibilities (two evenings and weekends) Preventative maintenance on heating systems and HVAC Daily tasks included the removal of trash, recycling, and the maintenance of the floors Ensuring all housing code up to date The upkeep of the exterior grounds FOREMAN
