SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Extensive experience rebuilding machinery to the specific requirements and specifications of customers for a wide variety of electromechanical applications across all industries. * Expertise providing telephone technical support to assist factory maintenance personnel nationwide troubleshoot and repair machinery. Provide on-site repair services in the event that telephone support cannot solve problems. * Experience traveling nationwide to develop the rapport, get the specifications and provide the operational demonstrations necessary to ensure repeat and referral business. * Ability to provide accurate cost estimates for parts, labor and preventative maintenance for all types of machinery. * Comprehensive multi-functional facilities (2 million square foot facility) and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience including steam boiler heating systems, plumbing, masonry, wiring and welding and brazing projects. * Ability to utilize a wide variety of power, hand and shop tools as well as blueprints and schematics. * Excellent organizational skills with the detail orientation needed to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline driven situations. * Ability to identify problems and deficiencies and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Excellent problem solving skills coupled with dedication and strong work ethic. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
