Started off as a temp on second shift was hired on in exactly two. months time to full time.. Worked on maintaining and keeping up with the company's criteria and standards. Where I over exceeded and broke and set the highest recordthat still stands to this day.. I was told by my team leader when I first started, that if you have to turn on the maintenance light I want you holding the flashlight or grabbing them a tool. So i learn my machine to the point ofonce i moved up maintenance would still call me to ask if i could come over and take a look at it.. Then group lead 6 months later team leader..ran production and distribution of 100% quality parts for two an a half more years..until I was offered a better job..
