I've worked in industry for thirty five years, most of my professional experiences have been within the Engineering Industry, serving in a few different roles as a Business Development / Marketing Manager, as a Land Development Project Manager, as a Municipal Consultant, as a Engineering Technical Recruiter and as an Operations Business Manager. I've paralleled my professional career as an Adjunct College Professor, teaching part time in the evenings over the past thirty two years as a Business Professor at various local Colleges and Universities. In my career I've completed teaching 501 classes. I've taught mainly Business related courses and many general education type courses. I've always enjoyed teaching, it has been very fulfilling. I have over twenty-five years of management experience, from owning my own business to working as a manager for other companies. I have completed 12 full years of college or five college degrees, to include a PhD, a MBA, an MSCIT, a BSBA, and an ASBA. I have an extensive educational background In Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing & Sales. I also have an extensive background in Finance, Economics and Accounting. As an experienced Marketing Manager, I have extensive experience in general management, human resources, operations management, recruiting, company benefits and compensation programs, business law, finance and accounting. I'm experienced and trained to manage any size organization. Professionally, I came up through the civil engineering and public works industry to include extensive experience in the land development and the municipal sectors. I have extensive project management experience, to include land planning and civil design experience as a result of this experience, I have experience in construction estimating and field inspections. I'm extremely experienced in all phases of the land development process. I have even taught the Land Development Process, as a University course. I have an extensive background in the Title Insurance industry. I was a County Manager for Trans-America Title for several years. Within my title insurance experience, I have in-depth experience managing title insurance offices and the production of land titles, legal descriptions, escrow closings, title insurance policies, endorsements, title commitments, & tax certifications. Within this experience, I've spent extensive time working with legal transfers of title and the associated encumbrances that effect the clear title of property. Professionally, I've spent better than 30 years in the area of business development and engineering sales in the architecture / engineering / const. industry. In this role I was responsible for the attainment of new work and projects this effort went the full gamut of small in-fill projects, to large master planned communities, and large commercial and industrial projects. As a Management and Marketing Consultant, I've worked closely with the owners and senior members of numerous engineering firms in the area of management control, project management and business plans, to marketing plans and the complete administration of their marketing and advertising programs, to include the development of all printable marketing materials. As an Adjunct College Professor, I've taught slightly over 500 college courses. I've taught every class offered in the business management area, as well as the marketing area. I'm also experienced in teaching finance, economics, and statistics. I've taught graduate and undergraduate course at many of the business schools in the State of Colorado and California. I've always taught as an Adjunct College Professor, I'm still very passionate about teaching. I've taught for 32 years, and have taught students from the very young to the elderly. I love teaching. In conclusion I bring to an employer a lot of practical and much needed tools for business in use today. I love to work with people and I'm a team player. I'm a "Change Master" one who is effective, efficient and professional in all aspects of my business dealings and management style. As far as salary requirements, I'm flexible as to what is offered.
