I have been a member of and supervised teams that supported construction, planning, design engineering, maintenance, operational reliability, procurement, training and safety. Currently, I am seasonally employed as the manager and a tax professional at two H&R Block offices in Knoxville, Tn. with the responsibility to ensure to ensure client satisfaction, overall day-to-day operations to achieve policy compliance and stewardship to meet goals/objectives, product revenue reporting and marketing for new client growth. In 2016 and 2017, was employed by Bechtel National as a Sr. Mechanical Engineering Technologist on the DOE-Y12-UPF project. Duties included acting as a liaison between construction and management to report and resolve constructability issues and the preparation of procurement requisitions for various mechanical system components. As an employee of Bechtel Power in Spring City, Tn., was a Deputy Engineering Group Supervisor (Closure Group) providing project support to resolve/close field change requests. At MeadWestvaco in Covington, Va., was an SAP superuser on the ERP implementation team, a maintenance planner and a Work Management Champion on the reliability team to support continuous process improvement, participating in root cause failure analyses and establishing/reporting metrics for key performance indicators. I have also held the position of pipe stress engineer with TVA to prepare/check analysis calculation and drawings and as a construction safety engineer with Hammond-Mitchell, Inc. in Covington, Va., performing procedure writing, training, site inspections, permit preparation/closure and accident investigation reports.
