Medical Administration QUALIFICATION: . Multiple years of management experience providing services for a multi-group practice outpatient medical center and smaller group practices. . Five years management experience in other business. . Ability to plan, organize and direct performance of job responsibility through self direction. . Excellent communication skills. . Familiar with all forms of office procedures. . Ability to perform on a continuous basis under conditions of constant interruptions. . Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relations to the public or the physician. . Ability to provide an atmosphere of stability within a medical center.
