Summary I am the person that looks to be the best at what I do and I fully intend to bring this to the next team role I take. With 20+ years of exceptional troubleshooting skills that can be applied to the position, not only can I efficiently correct but, maintain the service demanded by companies. My old school mentality of "do it right and efficiently the FIRST time", I am not the employee that comes to work to get my weekly check, I come to redefine the workplace with my skillset so that my end users have the best and most efficient environment I can provide.
