QUALIFICATIONS: * OSHA 501 -General Industry Outreach Trainer * OSHA 510 - Construction Certification * 30-Hour Certification in General Industry and Construction * 18 years' experience in OSHA, EPA and DOT Compliance * 10 years' experience in Investigation and Root Cause Analysis of Occupational Injuries and Incidents * Strong technical knowledge and background in regulatory standards and safety engineering * Experience in performing multi-task projects with tight completion deadlines * Demeanor that promotes safety consciousness and open-mindedness with a positive approach to problem solving * Experience in managing the training requirements for Facility Operations and Maintenance workers * Experience in briefing work crews and building occupants in the safety aspects of Maintenance/Construction work * Competent Person in Fall Protection and Scaffolding * NFPA 101 Certification * Confined Space Entry certified * First-Aid/CPR Instructor * Conducted over 150 mock OSHA inspections and Joint Commission mock surveys including reviews of existing safety programs * Developed and Implemented safety program for the City of Burlington, NC * Developed over 150 safety training presentations for Operation and Maintenance Facilities Service Personnel * Developed 200+ Job Hazard Assessments/Activity Hazard Analyses * Have provided training of safety professionals for 200+ companies and over 5,000 employees * Certified to conduct Quantitative and Qualitative Respiratory Fit Testing * HAZWOPER/HAZMAT/NIMS 40-hour certified * Loss Prevention Systems certified
