Summary I have been involved in the automobile repair industry as both a collision center manager, as well as a company and independent adjuster on the insurance side for 20+ years. My skills include property and casualty, automobile, heavy equipment, boats, commercial, and farm owners, as well as liability investigations. An organization that values loyalty, and acknowledges hard work. today's' customer base often presents challenges to deliver on the service promises made within the confines of the industry as it exists today. We no longer live in a 9 to 5 world, and I understand the importance of this realization.
