Westinghouse Electric Machine shop Supervisor: 1987 - 1996 Production Planning: 1996 - 2000 IS Team Lead:1998-2017 Manufacturing Engineer:2001-2017 Implemented an MRP II system called Visibility in 1996 Lead a team of 7-9 people in the implementation of SAP in 1999 - 2000 Implemented a bar coded time collection system called Kronos for improved efficiency for employees Worked with Engineering on all master data loads including Material Masters, BOM's, Routings and Work Centers as required. Implemented a PM Preventive Maintenance system to replace a manual system. Implemented a Warehouse Bar coding for tracking material. Implemented a Mass Data upload system called Win Shuttle to upload master data from excel to SAP also from SAP to Excel. Worked with Westinghouse and CSC Personnel to make many SAP improvements to improve best practices and efficiency's.
