I have been in the Construction Industry in various roles from labor to owner for fifty-one (51) years. I have been bless to have worked with and for some of the best minds in the construction industry. I have seen the Industry change to accommodate the very changing demands. The Construction Industry is a constant evolving process and if you don't pay close attention it will pass you by. Training our future replacements in the Industry is key. If this is not done then we as a whole will ultimately fail. The one thing that I won't compromise is " I will never lie to you or for you". I was taught at a young age the only one that no one can take away from you except your self is your word.
