Twenty, One new runway and existing runways upgrade. Observed and inspected all the underground duct banks systems, Isolation transformers. For the new high intensity runway and threshold/inset lights, high intensity runway centerline and TDZ inst lights, medium intensity taxiway centerline, edge, and runway inset light as well as the installation and testing. All PAPI, APAPI, and sighs and taxi sighs, and one new high voltage substation. Inspection Department Director (Cherokee Inspection services) Seven story High Rise structure for the California Board of Equalization As Inspection Department Director I managed all Office Engineering Activities Building & Fire life safety code inspections. Plan reviewed shop drawings and specifications for compliance with the design intent as well as all Codes. It was my responsibility to performed constructability plan review on new major construction projects to be for the state of California. Negotiated all change orders and monitored all time and material work orders. I supervised all on site mechanical electrical plumbing special Inspectors. As lead project inspector I performed all commercial electrical mechanical plumbing and structural inspections. In charge of all HVAC Plumbing and Electrical systems start up commissioning. I attended all Core and Tenant weekly progress change order meetings to give overview of field activities. Called out and supervised all special inspections by Wallace Kuhl & Associates. Continued working as a consultant to the City of Oakland and provided High Voltage inspections for the Bay Area Rapid Transit System and Combination Inspections for the restoration of homes that were burned and or damaged in the Oakland Fire Storm.
