Profile With my 17 years experience working in Data Center Operations I was in charge of outlining, managing, and physically completing multiple projects at a time. Not only did I work on our 380+ high availability customer's environments, as doing so I maintained a close business relationship with all of them. With all my years of experience in the Information technology field I have the background knowledge of all the different types of equipment. Unlike most IT techs who work on either servers, routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, etc. . I had to be well versed in all equipment and Operating Systems so I could troubleshoot and talk intelligently with my customers about any issues they were having in their environment.
