Experienced with the methods and techniques of handling simple and complex carpentry/formwork. * Posses a Class B CDL license. * Heavy equipment operation including but not limited to backhoes, skid steers, loaders, excavators, dozers and rollers. * Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints. * Ability to work with surveying equipment (Transit, laser and automatic level). * Expediting materials and labor requirements to accomplish short and long term job requirements. * Extensive knowledge of using protective equipment and safety protocols related to handling hazardous materials. Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures. * Possess excellent supervisory, management and monitoring skills. * Invested entire working career to teaching and mentoring the next generations of skilled craftsmen. * Ability to communicate and interpret work specifications in a clear manner. * Proficient in handling multiple tasks as well as meeting deadlines.
