Furnishing authoritative information and advice related to technical administrative and procedural freight and air transportation policies in response to telephone or correspondence inquiries. Currently drive a commercial vehicle maintain a logbook of driving activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations governing the rest and work periods. I keep all maintenance and records of vehicle inspections and make sure the truck is equipped with safety equipment. Some long-haul truck drivers plan their route according to a delivery schedule.
