This experience includes time as a field hand, driver, crew leader, supervisor and operations manager. As a supervisor and operations manager this experience includes excellent and consistent communication with company men, water consultants, customers, creating and managing accounts, conducting safety meetings, billing, scheduling, preparing invoices, customer relations, hiring personnel, placement of employees, and all field operations. Successfully supervised multiple crews during simultaneous operations in different states. Negotiated contracts with landowners to secure right of way and to secure water rights.
