Project Management responsibilities: Planned * Demonstrate an understanding of the data maintenance impacts upon clinical and business process operations * Work with Accounts Payable Team and Purchasing Team members to identify master data related improvement opportunities * Implement new supplier process for suppliers approved by Purchasing, monitor setup process, and validate that new suppliers are available in system * Assist category teams with maintaining SRM Approved Vendor Lists, highlighting preferred suppliers * Implement and maintain approved punch out suppliers * Maintain a consistent taxonomy for new item and vendor master data * Contribute to requirements for supplier and standard operating procedure (SOP) * Execute monthly reports to identify duplicate suppliers or suppliers without proper industry codes * Upload, sort, and analyze accounts payable information and execute finance reconciliation and adjustment activities scheduled software implementations and updates. * Assisted hardware team with implementation. * Assisted business implications for each project phase and monitored progress to meet deadlines. * Worked with facilities to ensure all policy and procedures would be facilitated in software system * Worked with software developers to ensure that standard operational policies were maintained from legacy system to HMS and PCC systems. Responsible for handling reported problems by the business office and other revenue cycle staff. * Preform testing and organized reports to ensure product efficiency. Responsible for the implementation of finance and patient accounting system. Responsible for training and developing training materials for revenue cycle medical records and material management applications. Responsible for supporting patient accounting medical records therapy scheduling referral management material management and all other revenue applications for HMS software.
