Marketing Sales Leasing and Transportation Services. * Develop strategic relationships to provide 3PL warehousing and distribution services industrial building management and leasing. * Provide daily leadership for staff of 60 associates including Warehousing managers supervisors shipping administrate and billing support and Class A CDL Drivers. * Oversee and manage 1.4 million square feet of industrial buildings tenants and 3 PL customers. * Negotiate 3 PL contracts and service agreements. * Implement new 3PL start-ups including selection and purchase of WMS software programs and hardware. Responsible for sales forecasting budgeting and P/l statements including staffing. Responsible for internal safety programs and liaison with all Local State Federal agencies including the local fire department EPA insurance risk evaluators. Manage inventories industrial lift equipment racking packaging equipment parking lots lighting and industrial building fixtures. Spec purchase manage and maintain a fleet of material handling and commercial vehicles including tractor trailers straight trucks responsible for DOT compliance. * Member of Strategic Style Crest Corporate Management team.
