Description
SUMMARY Converted 450 TDM locations to VOIP/SIP with Cisco phones and Unity voice mail from 2011 to 2013. This was a Verizon/CBTS/Fifth Third joint project. Implemented 911ETC at larger locations and Cisco call manager 911 for banking centers.
