CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * Delivered Proof of Concept Training Program to US.Army's Intelligence and Cyber Centers for Excellence as project lead resulting in the contracting of full-blown programs with assets valued at $2M and $2.1M respectively. Developed the "Optimizing the Foundation" cross service training project saved the DoD an estimated $12M over a period of three years. * Handpicked as a program manager for recovering three Recruit Training Command projects which had suffered a 16% budget overage and 30% beyond time estimate. * Led teams of 20+ engineering, development and intelligence professionals in all phases of custom product solutions delivered in austere environments. Extensive experience with tactical collection, processing, analysis and SIGINT reporting vehicles and tools.
