To obtain a secure position within the Building/ Facilities / Construction industry with an organization that is progressively growing and adapting to exceed the demands of the client. My desire is to bring a combined 15 years of Supervisory Experience with a background in the Skilled/Trades & Construction Industry. Essential Functions: Ensures that all new projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, permit requirements, approved material list, and approved shop drawings Coordinates work schedule for vendor. Conveys to subcontractor the importance of quality and safety issues. Coordinates all vendor visits. Ensures that all projects are properly inspected. Prepares Daily Inspection Reports documenting the progress of work along with any photos of the work. Witness required tests and ensures all tests are performed in accordance with contract requirements. Daily run logs are completed and filled out for component visual and physical inspections. Attends project progress meetings, other project-related meetings, and prepares meeting minutes. Performs final inspection, prepares a final Punch List, and ensures all items on the Punch List are completed or corrected by the subcontractor or engineer in house.Performs other related duties in facility.Responsible for conforming to all safety regulations.
