Office Manager - Essential Duties: * Functions as the representative of the office, its staff and patients, ensuring good communications and working order between each . * Monitors productivity and quality issues of all staff. Oversees and manages clinical and front desk staff, including maintaining the staff schedule. * Assists clinical dental team and front staff as needed and utilizes expanded functions as needed for patient care. * Manages all schedules to insure the productivity of both patient and doctor/hygienist time. * Monitors patient flow and ensures the schedules stay on time as well as manages patient relations including complaint resolutions. * Reconciles daily, monthly and quarterly receipts and reports. Handles and resolves dental operational issues, as required. Monitors and oversees inventory and supply orders. * Conducts weekly in office meetings and facilitates communication between staff and dentists * Reviews and monitors all charges and clinical notes in the EDR to ensure accuracy. Prepares and submits all dental charges and over the counter collections to ensure proper reconcialtion. * Prepares payroll . * Interviews applicants for hire.
