Qualifications: * Experience and knowledge in the commercial and residential building industry. * Effective communication with the Owner / Clients for optimum project solutions. * Successful Subcontractor relationships and coordination. * Respectfully maintains budget and job schedules. * Quality performance with integrity and attention to detail. * Mechanical and Architectural drafting experience using Board and Auto-Cad. * Dedicated 20+ years to hands-on field experience. * Military Veteran with an HONORABLE DISCHARGE. Business Administration: * Clear and concise construction contracts for Owners, Facility and Property Managers, including budget clarifications with implementation of current schedules. * Co-operative relationships with respected industry professionals (i.e.: Architects, Engineers, Designers, Building Officials and key Project Executives). Project Management: * Assist with design strategies. * Referrals and consultation shared with respected industry professionals. * Submit project drawings to the city building, planning and fire departments for permits. * Coordinate with Building Officials, minimizing excessive job costs and schedule delays. * Initiate and provide our client and/or subcontractors with current schedule and costing reports, as needed. * Execute project changes and additional work orders with budget and scheduling clarifications to assure appropriate expectations. * Reports are available for project progress and accounting history. * Risk management issues are enforced.
