Description
Preferred Systems Solution (PSS) - Video Engineer: provided technical support to the authorized personnel connecting to the organizations worldwide video/computer network. Installs and configures all in-house video devices that connect with organizations network. Responsible for the configuration and access control/requirements for authorized external organizations. Responsible for developing test plans and performing beta testing of systems changes before users can access the production network. Maintain operation and maintenance of building TV-Grid which used for video activities. Trained Jr Video Tech's on new installs upgrades troubleshooting of equipment.
