Summary of Qualifications * 15 years of Retail Management experience. * Strong ability to lead and manage 15-20 subordinate managers and 200-300 team members. * Proficient operation of a computer including programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment while solving problems where limited standardization exists. * Great knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability, deposits, and armored car transactions. * Effective written and oral communication skills. * Responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, and training team members planning, assigning, and directing work appraising performance rewarding and disciplining team members addressing complaints and resolving problems. * Ability to operate electric pallet jack and walkie-stacker.
