Skills Summary: * Providing operational and management solution services for telecommunications infrastructure, including preventive maintenance routines, problem resolution, technical support, maintaining and upgrading telecommunications applications: I've been in the telecommunication industry over 15 years, starting with installing CAT 3 and CAT 5 cabling for building telecom closets. I've used various test equipment to ensure that all cabling are within specs, Side Kick (for testing telephone lines), WaveTek meter (for testing Radio Frequencies that's provide through Coaxial cable), Laptop (for testing wireless signal strength for our wireless broadband customers), and other tools in order to troubleshoot telecommunication issues. Scheduled jobs, trained new hires on installing Telephone, CATV, and Modem/ Home LAN internet services. Coordinated special projects with customers and contractors on installations as well as escalating trouble call. Monitored and follow-up on repeat trouble calls to ensure all customer issues are resolved. * Onsite analysis/diagnosis and resolution of complex telecommunications and hardware, on-site analysis/diagnosis and resolution of complex telecommunications problems: I've been involved in a number of projects that required extensive knowledge in planning and coordinating installs for various telecommunication projects. My expertise consists of installation of voice, data and CATV. I've worked with several different kinds of cabling, such as RG6, which is primarily for CATV, CAT 3 for telephone, and CAVT 5E for LANWAN Networking and Fiber Optic cabling. I've installed network patch panels, phone systems and cabinets in several local and abroad organizations. * Performed as Contract Officer's Representative (COR) for telecommunications contracts: Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple contractor installation contracts. Responsible for planning and reporting all phases of the project life cycle, including compliance with work orders and contracts, materials tracking, compliance with work orders and contractor installations.
