SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * 3 -5 years of strong leadership experience in a labor-intensive production manufacturing environment. * Strong and decisive operations leader with excellent analytical and organizational skills. * Extensive experience with production scheduling and designing work cells. * Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word. * Educated in OSHA Safety and Compliance, QA/QC/Management. * Experienced in Kaizen lean practices. * Skilled in reading blueprints, CNC programming, tooling, ratio, variables and percentages. * Supervises, instructs, trains and coaches the hourly personnel n all aspects of the job, including the proper techniques, work instructions, production methods, quality assurance and plant operations. * Works in conjunction with the Production Manager and Human Resources on all personnel issues including performance reviews and necessary disciplinary actions.
