Summary: I am passionate about being an adjuster. With all the bad representation about Insurance Adjusters I take great pride in changing the attitudes of the insureds. I believe this starts from the very first meeting with taking the time to walk them through, and explaining the claims process. When meeting insureds for the first time remembering that although I do this every day this is their property and more often than not is the first time they have gone through this. It brings me joy to make people feel good about having me help them start getting their lives back in order.
