ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Managed multiple new product introductions from R&D to manufacturing. * Project leader for introducing and transitioning of New LED Notification device and other products. * From design concepts, design reviews, PCB build and testing, packaging redesigns/drop test, qualify final product quality and product shipment to warehouse. * Proactively identify cost savings projects ranging from process changes and material savings projects. * Savings totals from $5,000 to $300,000 per year. * Participated in design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) teams for high risk products and assured that the recommendations identified at the FMEA were implemented. * Results lead to design for manufacturing guidelines updates. * Supported CM in China to implement a control plan and corrective actions to repair a faulty PCB cleaning process. * Team projects for cost savings: One-piece flow, introduced manual slide line assembly resulting in reducing ergonomic risk and $250,000 per yr. labor time cost savings.
