Secondary Projects: * Directed multiple capital construction projects and tenant build-outs of a 1.7 million sq.ft. commercial office and retail project in Denver, Colorado. * Relocated Amtrak's train operations to Kansas City's Union Station requiring approval from the Landmarks Commission, National Park Service, and Amtrak officials at a cost of $12.5M. * Oversaw energy management systems upgrades and performance enhancement verifications, including a 3,000-ton central plant cooling tower. * Relocated the Science City Management offices to a 40,000-sq. ft. Class A space at a cost of $2.1M.
