Static Splint Fabrication: Fabricate custom splinting for fingers, hand wrists and elbows currently at Alliance Occupational Medicine currently. Developed the custom splinting program in the Occupational Medicine Department at San Jose Kaiser as well as provided custom splinting for the outpatient Physical Therapy Department. Results: filled a need for the department with improved patient outcome through personalized service. Certified Kinesiotape Practitioner. 90% of my daily patient schedule receive the benefit of this certification in reducing edema/bruising, facilitation of injured muscles/tendons, inhibiting muscle spasms and quick pain reduction.
