SUMMARY As Vice President of Mortgage Lending I am versed in all loan programs to include VA, FHA, USDA, State Down Payment Assistance programs, Conventional Conforming, High Balance and Jumbo Loans. I look at complex issues as an opportunity with my clients. In this fast-paced and ever changing environment I try to identify and resolve complex problems effectively. I currently work as a team member with Coldwell Banker agents and have built strong relationships with Coldwell Banker professionals.
