I believe my training, experience and proven ability as a Technology Coordinator, Helpdesk Analyst, Information Security Analyst LAN Administrator and will allow me to significantly contribute to your company's Information Technology Unit. I can effectively relay technical information to management and end-users in Layman's terms. The approach to problem solving IT issues provide me a venue to make others feel part of the evolution of technology and not just an end-user. The work method I prefer is a constant, efficient and effective use of company time and resources in order to streamline business processes and delivery.
