I seek a challenging Senior Software Quality Assurance role in metrowest MA where I can leverage my 30+ years of industry experience, which has mainly focused on QA for enterprise-scale cloud-based business intelligence, workflow and productivity solutions. I have worked exclusively for several of the most respected software companies in their fields, and am comfortable working remotely with geographically diverse teams. I have extensive experience in automated regression test design & implementation, particularly UI-based E2E functional tests for complex multi-tiered applications. A key component of this work has been design & support of sophisticated test automation frameworks to support ease of use & stimulate adoption (i.e. test development) by fellow QA & developers. I am passionate about designing powerful, robust and meaningful tests with an emphasis on simplicity and elegance. I have experience in all phases of the Agile SDLC and have worked closely with developers and other stakeholders as a quality and customer advocate to establish quality gates and ensure that often-neglected issues such as testability, usability and defect management are effectively integrated into the development process.
