Qualifications * Extensive background in Bone Biology, Endocrinology and Immunology * Highly experienced in generating transgenic murine models and molecular biology techniques. * Proficient in statistical data analysis using SigmaStat and R softwares and reporting. * Highly skilled in molecular biology techniques such as isolation of protein, RNA, DNA, genotyping, RT-PCR, Western Blot, cloning, ligation, multicolor flow cytometry, and ELISA. * Proficient in primary cell culture and skeletal analysis via microCT and DEXA and bone histology on mice. Experienced in performing surgeries in mice. * Authorized to work in the US without need for a visa support.
