• Creates logical schedules based on work item specifications, resources, budget and drawings. • Understands the concepts of data analysis and forecasting while maintaining the schedule. • Maintain schedules to include any changes or new work. Communicates to management or production managers any critical issues that may affect our meeting contract/job deadlines, key events, and or milestones. • Knowledge and understanding of project management, its terms, and different methods or tools used in Project Management in order to best utilize our schedules. (i.e. Critical Path Method, Time Impact Analysis, Gantt Charts, etc.). • Computer savvy, with advanced skill and proficiency in all MS Office programs, (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Understands EVMS process. • Entered new work and changes to schedule IAW contract and customer requirements. • My previous experience in Quality Assurance ensures key checkpoints/inspections and reports are identified in the schedule to facilitate production awareness and meeting milestones or key events. • Attends online courses to keep up with latest Scheduling trends in private and government sectors, (understands possible new requirements such as DCMA 14-point analyses). • Broad-based experience covering a full spectrum of administrative duties, including executive support, office management, customer care, document creation, meeting coordination and project/program support
