Summary of Qualifications: My background focuses on tangible skills such as detail oriented, problem solving, and effective written and verbal communication, organization skills, typing 35 wpm, observations and strong auditing skills. Conducted the On- boarding process for new hires (OSHA, Safety, Quality, Donor confidentiality and HR). Recruited, interviewed, hired, scheduled and conducted disciplinary action and or termination, additionally utilized (PIP) Performance Improvement Plans as needed and discussed annual performance evaluations. Managed approximately 25 employees during the implementation and delivered the training of the new software throughout the Ohio region Donor Management System (DMS) and MAK system- eProgesa. Mentored and coached my fellow colleagues. Accustomed to working in a very fast paced environment with the ability to think quickly and successfully handle difficult client and or staff situations.
