My objective is to Manage a facility to ensure that sanitation programs and technology, HACCP requirements, pest control, GMP, food allergens, plant waste water, and related occupational safety requirements are maintained at world class levels. Responsible for development, management, and training of all site, sanitation and CIP documentation. Develops master sanitation schedule and monitors the program Implements technically sound, safe, and sanitary work practices per standards. Provide expertise to ensure continuous improvement in sanitation
